Warranties can be a tricky subject. Everyone will always say, they have the best warranty. Some companies wont even mention there warranty or will only talk about the manufactures warranty and not the installers warranty. Some Sadly are very vague. Both warranties are critical.  One thing Solarise prides itself on is being honest and upfront with everything we do. From very reasonable prices on a high quality product to long warranties all in writing. When gettting information, you need to make sure all warranties are in writing. All our warranty information will be on the back of your invoice once you get your tubes installed. This way you have less paper work to lose.  It will list TWO warranties. One for the manufacture (SUN GLO) and one for the installer (SOLARISE). At Solarise, we are here with you, for the long run.  

 

 

 

1. Warranty of Goods. The Sun Glo Product has a Limited Lifetime Warranty of 50 years against manufacture defects, corrosion, deterioration and leakage on their products such as their 24 gauge G90 galvanized flashings, 98% reflective light tube, mounting rings, decorative rings, high impact domes and diffusers. Electrical and dimmer parts are warranted for 3 years. Vortex Solar attic fan motor is warranted for 25 years and solar panel for 25 years. Galvanized Solar attic fan housing has a 50 year warranty. Altering or abusing the product will void all warranties.

 

2. Warranty on Installation. Solarise Inc. offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty on installation for as long as you live in your home. Roof must be kept in good repair; this includes missing shingles, tiles, etc. Any and all debris must not be allowed to build up on roof and behind the flashing. Flashing and surrounding area must not be altered. If these conditions are not met, labor warranty is null and void. This invoice must be presented to receive warranty.
